Our company Iroko Ltd., located in Quito Ecuador, has been producing doors, specially, solid panel since l979. We entered the international market twelve years ago; some of our original customers are still buying from us. Presently we export to Martinique, Curacao, United States and to European hotel developments in other Caribbean countries.

The company has a continuous commitment to quality; we work with the best machinery as: Weining, SCM, Rockwell, Powermatic, Unique and Gabbiani.

Our doors are manufactured with a tropical hardwood known commercially as White Mahogany. The wood is seasoned and afterwards kiln dried and stabilized in a Hilderbrand kiln. The wood is dried down to a moisture content of 10%.

All door components are carefully chosen according to their use, the tone of the wood is matched to attain a uniform result. Our doors are assembled with a cope and rail system; we use 16-mm dowels and glue to put the door together. Our doors comply or exceed WDA Industry Standard I.S.6-91.

The components for all our doors are assembled with adhesive that complies with “wet-use” specification contained in ASTM D3110-88. Our panels are assembled with glue joints.

Our product is guaranteed against workmanship defects. To ensure good results the client must comply with our handling and finishing instructions.

We are specialists in producing and marketing wooden doors that consistently comply with our customer’s demands. With dedicated personnel and adequate technology we seek continuous improvement. Our products are developed to fit our customer demands.

The company has attained the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certificate.
